This policy explains how Intentional Intelligence ("Ii", "we", "us") handles information collected through this website, intentionalintel.com. It covers the website only. Use of the Ii platform is governed by the agreement with each customer.
What we collect
Information you give us. When you request a demo, we collect your name, work email, company and, if you choose to provide it, the name of an account you care about.
Information collected automatically. Our website is hosted on Cloudflare. Like most hosting providers, Cloudflare processes standard technical information such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, so it can deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand overall traffic. It does not use cookies and does not track you across other websites.
This website does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels.
How we use it
- To respond to your demo request and schedule time with you.
- To prepare your demo. If you name an account, we may use publicly available information about that organization to show you what Ii understands about it.
- To follow up with you about Ii. You can ask us to stop at any time.
- To operate, secure and improve this website.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Who processes it for us
We use a small number of service providers to run this website, and they process information only on our behalf:
- Cloudflare hosts the website and provides analytics and security.
- Postmark delivers demo requests to our team by email.
- Our email provider stores the messages we send and receive.
We may also disclose information if required by law, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of our business.
How long we keep it
We keep demo request information for as long as it is useful for our business relationship with you, or until you ask us to delete it.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law. To make a request, email todd@intentionalintel.com. We will not treat you differently for making a request.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect the information we collect, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) for the entire site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children
This website is intended for business professionals and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the updated version here and change the date at the top.
